Won a free year membership--how do I go about claiming it?

Hello, Jasenka!  I am pleased to see I won a free membership from a Pixoto contest--how do I go about claiming it?  I have emptied my emails--couldn't find one about that.  Thank you for your assistance. It was the "Rainbow of Colors" contest.

Hi Karen, congratulation on your win!! You should have received an e-mail notification, in case you didn't I have asked that e-mail is resent.

I'll let you know when the e-mail will be sent to your e-mail connected to your Pixoto account (please check your Spam/Junk mail too).

Hello, Jasenka.  I see it is the date to re-new my Pro membership, but I don't see where the credit for that has been added to my account as yet.  Just hoping that happens seamlessly, and my card doesn't get charged!  I am a bit anxious, as this is a big deal for me!  Thank you for your attention to this!

Hi Karen, I'm a little confused. I emailed you back in September of last year and notified you that your subscription was extended to March of 2021. Are you saying your waiting for another renewal?

Jasenka, I won a year membership a couple of weeks ago in the "Seeing Green" contest. I've been looking for an email, but haven't seen it yet. My annual dues are due on April 19th, so I'd love to get this credited to my account before that date. There is a chance that Kelly sent the email to my hotmail account, which I rarely check. If so, would you please ask her to resend it to my gmail account? I think Get Satisfaction is still connected to my hotmail account, but my Pixoto account is tied to my gmail.

Hi SweetNana, we will always send you e-mail to your e-mail connected to your Pixoto account. I will ask Kelly to re-send you e-mail. If you already are Pro there is chance she already extended it. In any case Kelly will let you know.
