I had 3 awards last week and now it's showing 2. Do they disappear after a certain amount of time?

Hello Karen, I see that your image was recategorized (because it was in incorrect category). When an image is recategorized, it will lose all awards (and points and score) it gained in the incorrect category.

I hope this helps.

P.S. I see that we were not able to send you an e-mail about recategorization of your photos, please check on your settings page - www.pixoto.com/settings that you are using a correct e-mail address.

Okay, thanks. Not sure what category I put it under. I thought I had it under flowers or wild flowers.
I'll check my email too.

Karen, both recategorized images (one of flower and one of dragonfly) were under Nature up close (the correct category for flower image is Flower category, and correct category for dragonfly is Animal category).

I hope this helps.

I believe that some photo's that win are picked on to the pleasure of individuals. Just saying, I have it happen a lot and do not agree with the decision. Like the on my job it is up to the discretion of the sheriff.

I didn't think I put them in nature upclose but I could have. I may have lost an award but I can still say a lot of people liked the picture so it's all good.
