Whoa! Do Pixoto refuse to market images because of poor duelling?

The meme seems to be: Voting with the herd is good - everything else is bad. Hence the Whoa! pop up messages. Ergo, eliminate the bad by eliminating anything that doesn't follow the trend exactly. Are Whoa! messages a form of conditional training for duelling and voting as Jason seems to suggest on another thread recently? That's not good

In order to understand the Whoa! messages I really need to understand if Pixoto refuse to market any images/canvases due to low duelling performance? Think about the message the Pixoto brand is sending - what's wrong with catering to all tastes including the niche and minority? If I have a niche taste (For example, I choose dragonflies over spiders pretty much everytime - and after my first marriage don't even ask me about Wedding photos.......), my voting may differ sometimes to what you expect but so what? If you expect to sell to people who choose to be separate and distinct from the mainstream, you should realistically expect that some of them will become members of this site and then expect them to vote to their preferences

If Pixoto will market to me an image or canvas that most people don't want to vote for, will Pixoto still take my $ or would it refuse to sell due to the low image score?

I would expect someone, somewhere to vote for anything at some point. Statistically that is the norm - I doesn't make the vote wrong, in fact, it proves the voting population is performing NORMALLY

There is a big difference between deliberately cheating the system and free voting. The former should be crushed. The latter should be encouraged even if you, the staff do not agree with the choice. Unless you intend to remove low performaing images from the market and cease caterering to the niche and minority segments of the community, of course.

Hello Dark, regarding voting issue based on users feedback about voting quality check we have decided to do away with the warning message and make sure the choice between false pair images is much more clear.

All photos are available to the market if user adds them in market. The only exception to this is that photos from Novice category will not appear in stock and canvas searches.

Hope this helps.
