Where's My Orders?!

I have TWO orders that have NOT been sent to me:
Order #34391 @ Dec.31,2014 and Order #35133 @ Jan.14, 2015
I have received two orders from Dec. 27 & Jan.11.
(Your order page says it only takes a few days, but has taken MUCH LONGER!)
Not having a customer service number to call makes this difficult and I probably won't place more orders.

Orders placed during the week before 5 pm will ship within 3 business days, and can take up to 10 business days to arrive (if sent via US Mail).

Order #34391 was shipped on January 6, 2015, and it may take up until the end of the day tomorrow to arrive, as yesterday was a holiday. If the package has not arrived within the next few business days, contact us again and we will have it replaced or refunded.

Order #35133 was shipped on the 15th, tracking #: 92748999997349553171000998 and can be tracked by going to the following link: https://www.ups-mi.net/packageid/
