We love Jasenka

Thank you for your kind words Claudia. I always try to solve the situation as much as I could, and if I can't I forward it to people that can.
Since I'm a user too, I know how frustrating sometimes it can be, but I've always kept my faith in Pixoto and I hope I can be of help in the future too :)

Jasenka seems to be the only one doing her job at Pixoto. Like I've said before, when Jasenka quits we will know the site truly is doomed. I'm still holding on to the hope that management will turn things around soon. Thank you, Jasenka, for your efforts.

Sadly, it appears that Jasenka is rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. I've been away from the site for a few months, stopping by only periodically to take a look at fellow contributors' works and see if 2017 awards have posted. What I see is growing complaint from users and nothing being done to bring resolution. I, too, have enjoyed participation here at Pixoto; but it is beginning to look like management's interest has waned and is no longer concerned about offering a quality product here. I'll keep stopping by for awhile longer and would like to resume participation in the future, but I will post nothing new unless I see efforts to improve the site and resolve the many, growing, legitimate complaints of users.
