There should be a button somewhere to report a photography that infringes the site's rules.

If I have seen an image in a dual that has a watermark I automatically voted for the other image!
But yes, I agree, along with Favourite button on the dual page - we need - an infringement button!

I agree. I'm seeing more and more photos with watermarks on them. I always vote for the other image if one has a watermark on it.
but just seems wrong - the rules are clearly explained. watermarks are not allowed.
is there a way those images could be taken out of play?

well said, Lady Ashly. i, too vote for the other image when a watermarked one comes up, but that's just not enough. they should not be able to participate in imageduels at all. besides the obvious reason (the rule), when we vote for the other image for the watermark reason alone, we're also unfairly inflating the rating of a photo which actually might not even be that good, but we're just voting *against* the watermark. definitely not the best way to handle this, but until we get a button to report such photos, it's really our only recourse.

and it's happening more and more often.
