Unauthorised Transaction

You have Debited my Credit Card without my permission.
Last year I 'won' a free account. Today my bank contacted me to tell me that you had attempted to debit my credit card for approx £74. I have not authorised this transaction. I have not used Pixoto for several months. I do not wish to have a paid account with you.  I have instructed my bank to dispute the transaction and would be grateful if you would deactivate my account any refund any fees you have attempted to debit me for.

Hello Brian, I'm sorry you feel this way. I have asked that your Pro subscription is canceled and your card refunded. If the subscription is not canceled before renewal it will be renewed by automation.
