Unauthorised debiting for subscription on my card

Pixoto has just debited my card with an amount of R 1 409.65. I assume it is for an annual renewal of my Pro membership. I did not consent to this. Please reverse immediately!

Hello Claudia, at the time you signed up for Pro you agreed that Pro subscription will be renewed at same term unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription if you send an e-mail to cancel@pixoto.com with the request of cancelation of your subscription and you can also in the same e-mail ask for a refund.
Please send e-mail from e-mail address connected to your Pixoto account.
