My image score does not match the duels shown!

My image had four duels, the first was a loss followed by three wins, but the score was still a 13, the same as it was when it only had one duel. It now has a fifth duel, but it only shows 3 wins and 1 loss. That may be for my benefit since the fifth duel was also a loss, but things aren't credible if they don't match. Please check into this. https://www.pixoto.com/images-illustration-and-design/typography/captioned-photos/5758586992590848/imageduel-history

Hi SweetNana, I checked your images and all show the correct score. It is possible that the browser was showing the cached score. Can you please try next time clearing your browser cache and see if that makes any difference?

Oh, I hadn't thought of that. I will. Thanks.

Jasenka, I cleared out my browser cache, but am still seeing the same problem. I've attached a screenshot of an image that has two wins and two losses, but still shows a score of zero.

Hi SweetNana, I see the correct image duel count on your image detail page and on image duel history page, and all are correct regarding the score.
I would guess that it takes time for the score to catch up with shown duels, but it should sort it out on its own (as it did every time I checked your images).

It is weird. I checked on my iPad, my laptop and my pho e and have seen the same issue each night. It seems to work better during the day, but surely I’m not the only one experiencing this I live in the Crntral Time Zone in the USA.

Hi Judy,

There is nothing wrong here. This was just a caching issue and had no impact on the real underlying values which were being correctly updated. What you were seeing on the image detail page (score and # of wins/losses/duels) and the duel history page was old cached data.

In our release yesterday we began updating the cache to more accurately represent real time values.

Best,

Scott
