TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?

I'm really not into action photography but I'm just curious about this image because of the camera settings. Capturing a hummingbird @1/199 speed @ F11 with ISO100? This must be a joke! :)

your right there is no way to stop a humming birds wings at 1/199

There is if you use a flash in the dark - the shutter might be open for 1/199th second, but the flash might only be on for, around 1/8000th.....

He probably has used the same technique as those togs use for capturing waterdrops. The duration of the flash not the shutter speed stops the action.
