Technology Bliss Error when adding to cart...

I want to add a canvas print to the cart but keep getting a Technology Bliss error. Are we not able to order? I uploaded the image more than 4 times now and keep getting this error.

Gary - what border are you using? we are having a problem if you choose a colored border but then don't choose a color.

Are you getting this error when you try to add the image to the cart?

Are you signed in to your Pixoto account when you do this?

Thanks for the reply.

I am logged in with my Facebook account.
I am ordering the 16X20 Canvas with frame. I chose the black border.
Image is JPG.
I tried Firefox and Chrome. Same error with each.
When I add the image to the cart, I get the message. Oh, and the Youtube vid says I can't watch it because I'm in the wrong country. I'm in the US.

Also, when I go to use the image I all ready uploaded, it says there is one on file but it's not there when I click on the use image file. I've uploaded this particular image so many times but it's not in your system...although the system says it is.
