Stock picture size?

I just had a quick look at the stock pictures.
It seems that one has to commit to buying a picture before being told what size it is.

If it's 4 mega pixels I can tell you that doesn't even start to come close for what is generally required for professional applications. I shoot for high street brands and 4 mega pixels is the sort of size they request as low res proofs.

On some I see jpeg artifacts etc etc, these should be rejected for stock by Pixoto.

If Pixoto wishes to be taken seriously as a stock site they will need to start screening the pictures as the major stock sites do before listing them.
