What does this mean "This is the last day of your free Pixoto Sites trial. In order to keep your Site active you'll need to upgrade to Pixoto Pro." ?

Mark, if you want to quite because you want to, then by all means go ahead.

But, if you are merely frustrated because of the message you received, then please reconsider and wait for Pixoto's/Jasenka's response. (Usually that will be about 12 hours from now.)

FYI, to my knowledge, unless it has changed today, you can have a free Pixoto account, but you won't have the extra webpage that PRO members have (and you will have some other restrictions).

Thanks Bridgette, but this is the email I just received : "Your Pixoto "Sites" Free Trial is now expired and your portfolio site is now offline. Please upgrade to Pixoto Pro to reactivate it. As a bonus your images will never be paused, you won't see any ads (and your visitors won't either) and you'll get 100 votes on every image. A great deal at just $7.95 per month." Yes I'm Frustrated! This site is a good concept, however, in my opinion it is set up and managed poorly!

When you sign up you get the Pixoto account page and then there is a separate "My Pixoto Site" (portfolio) webpage that you get during your free trial and if you sign up to be a PRO member (paying). If not, then you get to keep your free Pixoto account page with your photos and profile, etc., but that separate "My Pixoto Site" webpage is disabled.

You may wish to wait for Jasenka/Pixoto to answer you within the next 12 hours or so, but it's your call.

You mean you have no Pixoto account with your photos showing? Did you sign up using Facebook or Twitter?

I can still access my profile and photos because I signed up for the pro 3 day free trial, which is good till the 10th, but in the interim they have sent me pressuring emails with no explanation that I can maintain an account without paying only that my site is offline, etc. Thanks again Bridgette, but I"M DONE!

Hello Mark, "My Pixoto Site" is Pro member feature - free website gallery. When you free Pro trial expires you can normally still submit images, have your profile, enter contest, you will not only have Pro members features (and one is free website gallery).

Hello Mark, please send an email to disable@pixoto.com and let them know you want to delete your account. Please make sure to send it from the email address listed on your Pixoto account, this way we can ensure that accounts are not deleted fraudulently.
