Hi, I'm new seller to the site and I really like the design and the variety of print options, but some of my potential customers have complained that the shipping prices are prohibitively high. Is there any way i can reduce them as a seller?

Hello Chris, shipping price depend on print size and destination. You, as a seller, can not influence on shipping price.

I hope this helps.

Hi. Thanks for the info. Is there any way this can be changed?
You have a great product and I would like my customers to take advantage of it. Can i create coupons or work with any of your representatives to design a different payment structure for myself? I think this would be really beneficial for your company as well as mine.
Thanks

Chris

Hi Grant,
To test the site, I placed two of my higher selling prints from my Etsy shop and encouraged people to visit Pixoto. Since then, I have received two emails asking why the canvas prints cost 13 dollars to ship via UPS. Both lived in the US.

I checked and it does seem to be the case. By contrast, I was shipping at $5.45 dollars through USPS for similar-sized prints, and I often negated that cost to the customer through online coupons. Most of my sales have been single print buys, so bundling may not help.

I'm a big fan of your site and i really like the variety of print options your site has to offer. I would like to move my full store over if we can come to an arrangement on shipping costs. Is there a way I can offer coupons to favor more print sales?

Chris
