jacky - this is usually caused if you have an embeded ICC profile on your images that is not read by web browsers. Please try exporting the images into the desired color space (sRGB for instance) instead of using an attached ICC profile. Let us know if this is not the issue.

Jason, I have unattached the ICC profile and try to resubmit the image but the problem is still the same. The color management in Photoshop is leave at default setting. Please help again...

Jason, please refer the 2 links to compare. The one I meant the sharpness and color out is the PIXOTO while the other I tried to upload to Photobucket.
Obviously, the image seen in Photobucket is exactly the same quality as in my computer.

The funny thing is why the image uploaded to Photobucket is totally different from PIXOTO? The image in Photobucket you see is the original output from my computer.

Jason, I hope I'm wrong but after several attempt to try all possible ways, I think PIXOTO has a images issue because I have try posted to Flickr, Photobucket and to my surprise there is no problem at all. They are all sharp and colorful.
Please advice. Thanks

Hi Jason, thank you for your kind reply. Hopefully it can be resolved. Please advice what is the max pixel of a photo should upload. I believe your side should have some guidelines and limitation photo size uploading, otherwise your server capacity will not be big enough for those high pixel photo.

Secondly, should the photo uploaded with ICC profile or without?

Jacky - We have launched the fix. From what I can see your image above is now actually sharper on Pixoto and there is no difference in color. Let me know if you are seeing something different (make sure to clear your browser cache first however)

Maximum 50 megapixels or 32mb. I'm not sure what you should click in your software to get the best results from the ICC profile. I know that some times if the ICC is embeded as opposed to the images being exported into the color space our software doen't read it.
