We were experiencing problems yesterday as our image server, Google, was having technical problems, are you experiencing problems today?

Hi Yvette and Jasenka,

I need to check again and see if you are still having this problem?

Nope, I don't.

It happened just that time, not before, and not after. Hope that helps :)

Natacha are you getting the 400 error? If you are using Internet Explorer please try using another browser like Firefox or Google Chrome.

Also check to see if you have enough credits to submit the images, the button on the Submit page will tell you how many you need and to the right there will be text telling you how many you have. If you do not have enough you can earn more for free by clicking the Vote button at the top of your Pixoto.com screen and voting in the duels

Yes I'm a new member just joined up with the basic access to this site and have the same error message appearing. "Error -400 Status undefined Security error."
Tried logging out and logging back on but no good.
Been trying since last night.
Was thinking of upgrading to the "PRO" version, but this issue is not very reassuring at all. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Nuttee Ratanapiseth, when are you getting that error? Is it when you try to submit images or vote or some other time? Can you let me know what Operating System and Browser you are using?

G'day Sherry, I clicked on the "SUBMIT" tab, then the "Upload from Your Computer" icon in the middle of the page. I then map the path to the file I want to upload. Then on the buttom left of the page you can see the website thinking _DSCxxxx.jpg ( Uploading)...etc. But then everything stops and the said error occurred.
Incidently I just tried uploading in the same manner but it uploaded successfully this time. Strange. My OS is Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 9
Thanks.

Just submit the ones that show and then re-open the submit screen, the missing one will show up properly and you can just submit it. It must be a bug, but this workaround is working for me when it happens.

Thanks for your fast reply. Still doesn't work. When reopening the submit screen, I just get the empty screen and when trying to upload again, I get the same error message. The only workaround I've found so far, ist to restart the computer. But that's to tidious every three pics...

Goran have you tried rebooting your computer? Also if you are using Internet Explorer you might want to try Firefox free from www.mozilla.org or Google Chrome free from www.google.com/chrome IE has known issues with modern sites including Pixoto and it seems to have conflicts with our image submission process.

I have sometimes the same issue while I use Internet Explorer. But on Croma or Firefox I never had that problem.

If you are using IE try other browsers, that should eliminate the problem.

Sometimes these errors can happen if there is a hiccup in the data signal, whether it be on our end, the user end or even our image hosting sight. Things like bad weather, heavy traffic etc can cause these little time outs that could cause an error. It is when it becomes a regular thing that it is a real problem. Jasenka is correct though IE has known issues with many modern websites including Pixoto.
