Resubmit often needs 2 attempts

Hi Scott. Resubmitting pictures has problems from time to time. I couldn't reproduce it consistently yet. Resubmit seems to work, even screen refreshes, but actually nothing happens. As far as I can see, no points are taken (at least for the 2 times I was prepared and looked at my points-balance before resubmitting).

Hi Ad and Dave, I've just now tried resubmitting several of my images and I didn't get any issues. After you click on resubmit and if nothing happens, can you please try refreshing page, or even better sign out and sign back in and see if the image was resubmitted or not?

Of course, any more information would be great too (If you notice it is maybe specific for a category, or type, or any other things you notice that would help us pinpoint the issue).

Same here, 2 attempts needed when resubmitting. Irritating... and has nothing to do with the browser, I use Safari.

Thank you for the information, Mia. I've been resubmitting lately couple of my images and didn't encounter this behavior. We'll try to monitor this and find the issue.

I use Google and the same thing frequently happens for me. Sometimes it works the first time, but often it takes a second attempt before the image actually resubmits.

Are you resubmitting to the same Category/Subcategory?

Or are you re-categorizing the image?

I'm not submitting in a lot of categories at this moment.
But it happens in both for just the resubmit and the resubmit when changing subcategory. Occurred multiple times (at least 2 browsers Chrome and Edge)
