Refund of membership fee , debited without my consent

My professional membership has expired yesterday , 21 Jan 2017 and I got a mail from Pixoto that my membership has been auto-renewed for another year by debiting my credit card.As I am not interested to renew my professional membership this year , kindly refund the amount of US 95.40 urgently,

I feel like the membership should not be automatically debited, too. It would better to give notice at the time that the membership will be automatically renewed unless it is cancelled.

Hello Prasanta, please send e-mail to cancel@pixoto.com from e-mail connected to your Pixoto account and please ask for cancelation of your Pro subscription and refund.
