Question on purchase

Yesterday I purchased 2 canvas prints and received an email invoice for the order. When I log onto the site and check my purchases under My Account it shows only one of the 2 prints in the order history. I am a bit confused and concerned by this and would appreciate clarification and/or assurance that I am going to get what was ordered and paid for.

Jim,

The first image shown here was ordered with a 20x20 without frame, the second is 20x20 with frame.  Let me know if that isn't correct.

Wondering about the status of this order. Do you send email notifications when orders ship? I placed the order 7 days ago and saw on the site when I placed the order that prints usually ship within 3 business days for unframed prints and 4 for framed.

Hello Jim, your order was shipped on 8.19.14 21:42 by UPS Ground and should be delivered on Wednesday, 08/27/2014, By End of Day.

You can see status of your order if you go to this page: http://www.pixoto.com/settings/purchases and click on "Check status".
