Anyone that is using a Sony DSLR...please stop by this thread with a "Hi"!!

I would love to see some pictures from this brand of camera...It seems every time I check which camera took a picture I am bombarded with Nikons and Canons...

I am ESPECIALLY interested in the a77 or the a99! :)

Thank you!! ♥

Thank you Sherry...I am following her, now!... I am also looking for togs with Sony that take pictures of landscape AND telephoto pictures...

So far, I have found only one other that uses a Sony a77...Setyawan B. Prasodjo...

He has some really nice pictures but I would love to see more WITHOUT the HDR setting on... :)

And I have found no one yet with a Sony a99

You can put the name of the camera on the top of the page where the search is located when you mouse over the magnifying glass.

Here is the result I found when I searched for Sony a99

I WANT an a99...lol.
Does that count?
But I don't do landscape. I just don't "see" my world that way.
I mean, I love others photos of landscapes, and I enjoy nice scenery, but rarely can I frame a landscape in any interesting or unique way. I like details, and I like people. If you took me to an amazing mountain scape I'd likely be on the ground looking for pretty lichen or wildflowers, or trying to catch your portrait with backlight...lol.
Last time we were on vacation my husband said that I was so busy taking photos of the artsy details of our hotel but no wide shotes, that nobody would ever know if it was a hotel in Cuba or a hotel in Toronto!

LOL! Sandra...I'm many times, that way, too...But "I" love it ALL!! Never enough 'battery life' for all I want to 'capture'! ♥

I am shooting with a Sony NEX 5n mirrorless camera and I love it. I especially like the in-camera HDR feature. You can take an HDR photo while hand holding the camera just like taking a normal photo. No post processing involved.

Hi Jim...Thank you! How do you like the 'colors' you get from a Sony? Also, have you done anything telephoto with it?

Thank you, Justin! I have decided to start with the Sony A3000, for now, so I can get back to using my 2 old Minolta lenses, while I save up for the Sony A99!
