Purchased credits not received

Yesterday, I purchased 1,000 credits twice. Both transactions went through to my VISA card, but I only received the first 1,000 credits. The second 1,000 credits, which are bought and paid for, have not been applied to my account.

I emailed the Pixoto admins (Jason and CEO addresses) yesterday, but have yet to receive any reply. How can I get my credits, so I can begin uploading again?

This does not fill me with confidence about making more purchases on your site. Please fix this, and advise immediately.

Pam, just vote on some duels, you can get credits that way. No excuse for Pixoto to not give you the credits you paid for, but why pay in the first place?

I have been voting, DVA, it's the only way to get crdits right now, but it takes too much time. And I want what I paid for.

I wanted a big bank of credits because my account was new, and I wanted to get as many images up as quickly as possible. Stopping to vote constantly is inefficient.

How likely is this to happen again? I am wondering why it happened, and if it is likely to recur if I try to buy more credits.
