Hello Travis, if the photo is available to the Market (it needs to have "Download" green button on imagedetail page) you can buy a stock subscription plan on this page: https://www.pixoto.com/stock/checkout

If you are unsure if the image is available on the Market, please post a link to the image you are interested in and I will check it.

This is the image. I'm quite happy to purchase it. But its very unlikely I will be purchasing any further images.

I need to confirm this is to be used as the cover for a book.

I should also say I need the best quality file to ensure the best image for the cover. Also who do I put down as the source of this image.

Travis, I'm sorry but the user didn't make this image available for the Pixoto Market, so you are not able to buy the license to use this image.

HI Jasenka

I've found a number of images - all of which say I can download. --- Great!

Is it possible to have a 1-2 month membership or say a 10 file download subscription?
As you know all I want is to find a front cover for my book.

Thanks for you help so far.

Tavis, you can buy stock subscription which will be renewed until you cancel it.
So you can buy 5 image/month stock subscription and it will be renewed next month for new 5 images. When you don't need it any more just write an e-mail to cancel@pixoto.com with request to cancel your stock subscription (please mention it is stock subscription).

What does "Editorial Use Only" mean?

Editorial use only means image is available only for editorial use - it can't be used for commercial purposes. Meaning such image (I assume you are asking about cover of your book) can't be put on the item and then sell the item.

Here is description about "Editorial use only": "The Editorial Use Only license means that the image cannot be used for commercial advertising purposes. An Editorial Use Only image can be used: In a newspaper or magazine article. On a blog or website for descriptive purposes. In a non-commercial presentation."

Thanks - I would be more than happy to take out a short term subscription.

However your comment about "editorial use only" make things very difficult as the 3 photos I really like are all branded "Editori......."

Is there anything you can do?

I've been searching for the correct image for nearly 4 months

Travis, I'm sorry but there is nothing we at Pixoto can do. If user(s) didn't upload model release with images they need to be marked for "editorial use only" and can't be used for commercial use.
User needs to have signed model release and upload it with image for it to be used for commercial purpose.
We have many images with model release, I would suggest that you keep searching for image you would like to use.

Hello Travis,  if there is an image you like that is not available for stock.  We can also contact the photographer to see if they are interesting in licensing it.

Make sure you understand the difference between standard and enhanced licensing:
