I was looking under Print & Graphics. Over 90% in this category is digital art or photos. Only a few in there that looks like they were actually printed. Is this category open to all graphics or just the printed type?

I find illustration and design quite boring, everyone is doing the same things, presumably very easily done with some editing programme. The alphabet is growing and more are doing it.
And traditional art has a rash of what looks like editing programme drawings.
Not sure this two categories really work.

I think the guidelines are to vague and the submissions are not even close to what that graphic design and print industry would even consider print & graphics. 3D generated camouflage lips? Come on!
