I am blown away that with the explosive growth of Pixoto that you have managed to keep problems to a minimum! When there is one, it is usually resolved in what I consider to be a very rapid manner. I'm most impressed with you all, and hope you continue to move forward with passion and integrity. Thank you very much! Sandi Bosley

Thanks Sandi!

It's the passion that you and the rest of the Pixoto community so clearly embody that keeps us excited about what we're doing. We really could not do this without the great community that has sprung up around us.

Glad you're enjoying Pixoto!

I've noticed that over the last year I'm improving as a tog because of the pixoto competitions. I live in a little village and don't get to meet other togs much but because of Pixoto and being exposed to so many great pics all the time, then it's challenged me to up my game.

Last year I was happy as larry to get my first 5% award. Then I started getting placed and always felt pride and a new sense of gumption under me when that happened, and now I've got two #2 spots for the day in the last couple of weeks and I'm determined to keep improving and get a #1 one day. So, participating round here has really been worth it.

When people ask to see my portfolio I send them here. And when I win something my family is always chuffed for me and then support me on facebook. :-)

I have aspergers syndrome which put's me at a disadvantage in the job market. I can't do many of the jobs advertised just to bring in the pennies to support myself. But I can do this, and so Pixoto is helping me improve so that I can pursue a career as a tog. And that's absolutely invaluable to me.

So - cheers Pixoto! Without this site I would have struggled to keep the faith and my motivation high to progress toward my goal to go pro, and I don't think I would have improved as much as I have done.

Your photos are cool - Way to go Janette! This pic (http://www.pixoto.com/images-photogra...) is excellent - and I am surprised it hasn't scored much higher. Although it may be a tad heavy on the HDR, it tells a story of 10,000 words!
