Pixoto Oh S*%#! video dialogue when I click recent images

When I click on my username or my recent images I get the Pixoto "Oh S*%#! We're having a momentary lapse of technology bliss. We'll be back online shortly (at least we hope we will). In the meantime please enjoy this video" dialogue

yet I can access every other part of the site. I can even vote in the ImageDuel.

Why is this happening?

Lots are having the same problem. The results of challenges also haven't been published yet.

There seems to be lots of problems with lots of different sections of the site.
I think that pixoto needs to clear their computer cache, and then turn off their computers for two minutes and after that, reboot.

It has been 2 days now and I still cannot access parts of Pixoto(my profile and recent images page).

I do not mean to sound impatient....I just want to know if the problem is trying to be fixed?

This is absolutely ridiculous!

It has been 2 weeks now that I have not been able to access my Profile and Recent Photos pages

Is this problem being worked on?

AND NOW, I noticed that a photo of mine has disappeared with no email or explanation. The particular photo has been on my Pixoto account for two years...I know that it was categorized correctly and broke no rules or guidelines. There was absolutely no reason for it to be removed. It was one of my best photos that I had on Pixoto and won many awards.

I know that I am not the only Pixoto user here that is dealing with these issues....what is going on???

(attached is the photo that was removed from my account - It was a select color photo of a burning book)

Hi Bridgette, we are sorry about delay. We are working on fixing accounts that have same issue as you do. Your image didn't disappear it is just not showing, we are working on fixing that issue also.
