Photos losing in image duels to mismatched images

Come on guys... really? A photograph of a Tiger loses an image duel to a (clearly) photoshopped image? I'm not bitter about losing duels to images that are superior to my photography but I thought this was supposed to be a serious site... I'm paying you guys to be taken seriously and that is the level of competition we see here? Please try to ensure that image duels are comprised of contests between images that at least should be in the same category... at least then it is fair... I've won six awards so far and because of the lack of controls and fairness of competitions, they are meaningless. Please do something about this or else I'll have to seriously reconsider continuing my Pro Membership to your site. Thanks!

Hello Miguel, as stated in category description page "In an effort to find the best, and most striking imagery, extensive use of Photoshop or other post processing techniques is allowed in all categories. However images that look like “digital art” rather than photography should be categorized as such."

Photoshopped images are allowed in all categories if they do not look unreal or surreal.

Can you please post link to the photo in question?

Here's a link:

The picture in question is more than just a PhotoShop enhanced image - I use PhotoShop and LightRoom myself to correct for lighting mistakes, white balance, etc... but this image is a clearly manipulated collage of separate photographs that have been combined using PhotoShop or similar image editing software - thus by your own rules, this qualifies as "Digital Art" rather than a Photograph... not trying to be picky but rules are rules... so I hope that you can be a bit more proactive in enforcing them.
I don't mean to be a whiner but I am paying for your service as a means of getting my name out there as a wildlife photographer. By your own admission, we only stay on the leaderboards if we get voted on by the viewers... many of whom wouldn't know a digital art piece from a photograph if it came with a giant sign above it (no offense)... how exactly is your system of judging supposed to remain fair and impartial if your rules are not enforced...?

The link to the picture that I sent you belongs in the digital art category, plain and simple... by allowing digital art (unrealistic or clearly manipulated photos) to compete against photographs is just a tad unfair in my humble opinion.
