I need to change my password. How?

I've sent a couple of emails about a problem (not only about new password, but about strange things happening), but they are not replied. Is there a higher chance to get a reply if I bring up the problem here in the cummunity?

maybe look for ALL pixoto email addresses and copy the same email to ALL of them... I find that helps to prompt action sometimes.

jane - for changing you password use the forgot password link after you signout - that will let you reset your password.

feel free to email me at jason [at] pixoto.com and also let me know what email address you were sending emails to that were not responded to. Thanks!

"let me know what email address you were sending emails to that were not responded to"

I guess that would be "report@pixoto.com" or "info@pixoto.com" ... those are about the only email addresses published in Pixoto websites (http://www.pixoto.com/about).

I was always wondering whether someone actually took action on those reports or not, because I've never get any reply. Same goes when I clicked the "report button". I never know what happened to my report.
