ordering problems

Having problems placing an order for canvas print. I click on place order. and then nothing. I have either placed the same order several times or not at all. cant find a phone number to actually call customer service. The order needs to be placed before the canvas sale ends tomorrow.

Hello Jenny, I'm sorry you are having issues. If you click on the "shopping cart" icon near top right of the page (or just go to this link - https://www.pixoto.com/canvas/cart ) you can see and edit your order. When you are satisfied with order you can click on "Complete Purchase".

Please let me know if this doesn't help.

still not working. I click on remove item, and it does not remove the other prints. and the shipping method still does not let me select. I want to order one 32x48 canvas wrap, with black edges of the "chickens all got out" need to get it ordered ASAP. when I click on update order, it takes me to the product home page. would like a customer service phone number.

and the total amount still shows all of the other prints. will not let me clear shopping cart and start over either.
