For the past few days I've had ongoing technical problems with the site. Almost every time I refresh one of my own image pages or for example the Leaderboard, change category or time period while looking at others images I get one of the following error messages: "Error: Server Error. The service you requested is not available yet. Please try again in 30 seconds" or "502 Bad Gateway. nginx" or while looking at a certain category, in this case Digital art "HTTP ERROR 500. Problem accessing /images-photography/digital-art/all/leading/in-week-02-08. Reason: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot get property 'cursor' on null object. Powered by Jetty:// 9.3.5.v20151012". Overall Pixoto has turned very slow. I've been going through my old images and scrolling them takes like forever. Often the circle in the lower left corner that shows the amount of images shown/not yet shown keeps on spinning and you can't get any further. It's very annoying when trying to use the site and almost nothing is working properly. I've reported the problems via Jasenka to the techs but so far nothing has happened. Has anybody else experienced technical problems like me lately?

Here in The Netherlands I have the same problems, the site is going down, I can't properly vote or I have wait for the image duels buttom will functioned.

So, check your website Pixoto on these errors !!!!

If you ask me, nothing is going to be done about these problems, too many people have said the same thing and look where we are. And to think that I pay for pro, and their not professional.

All the problems I mentioned in my initial text are still ongoing. Nothing has been done. Today a new problem occurred. When I tried to submit an image nothing happened after I clicked "Publish". The black background just was like frozen with the text "Publish progress". The blue line in the "Pixoto.com" field on the top never appeared. I waited about 15 minutes and then refreshed the page which lead me to the initial image submitting page. After that I deleted the image. What's happening to Pixoto? Is there a tech team working on reported problems? I want to know what the status of the problem solving is! Could someone from the tech team give some information, please?

I don't even think the tech team know about it, first you have to get past "the employee of the year" official rep. Jasenka. Sorry, I had to stop and chuckle on that for a minute. All you are ever going to hear from her is what you got, or; thank you for suggestion, (as if that is the proper way to write that sentence.) When it comes down to it, nothing is going to change unless all of the contributors come together and demand for the change, and not stop demanding these changes, after all where would they be if they did not have the contributors? They would have to rely on Jasenka to submit images for whom ever purchase anything from them. I don't understand why they are treating us this way, it is not right, and all we can do is delete all of our images and leave this site in the dust. I know I am at my wits end and this is my last attempted to care before they not only loose me as a contributor, but others I brought aboard and anyone else who will listen. There are a lot of sites out there to choose from and better than this one.

Is there anybody out there? Can I have an answer anytime soon? Or am I cut off from a functioning Pixoto for good? Same problems continue as described 6 days ago.

When the server problems have been going on for most of January, at first on and off and the last couple of weeks all the time I think it's only fair to get some kind of status report from the management. How serious problems is Pixoto having? Are you anywhere near a solution yet? It doesn't help us to know that the techs are "working on it". One would assume that server problems aren't that hard to fix if the company has resources and the will to make things right. So please tell us what's going on!

Same errors every day, no matter what time of day. Almost impossible to use Pixoto anymore. How long do you think members will put up with this? Still no explanation from the techs and no answer from the management. Does anybody care anymore? And really, this isn't my problem alone. There are also others reporting the same problems in other threads. And of course there are numerous members who don't report their server problems...
