every day this particular photographer posts images that should be in Nudes and Boudoir into the Black and White category. I think that after weeks of reporting them, perhaps Pixoto should just close his account. He doesn't care if he is breaking the rules or that doing so is ruining the duels. by the time someone reports, and the team responds the damage is done... day after day after day. http://www.pixoto.com/images-photogra...

I have seen this as well Joyce, and reported some of them. I think the problem here is that most of his photos are not really nudes, they are just very suggestive. They do not show anything because he either crops them just at the right place or the pose is selected in such way that nothing is shown. So I suspect Pixoto is leaving those photos in BW because technically it is not against the rules. But I agree from time to time he breaks the rules and then it takes 24-48 hours before photo is deleted.

DVA... the category is not just nudes it is boudoir... and these are all at least boudoir. as such they do not belong in B&W.

Nudes & Boudoir – Photos that contain nudity or are provocative in nature should placed here. Nudity is NOT allowed in any other photography category (except for Digital art but it must me marked “mature content”). Youth – must be over 18 years for nudity to be allowed. Exposed genitals are forbidden. Subcategories: Artistic Nudes; Boudoir. it is quite explicit.

He simply is either outright miscategorizing them or skirting the borders of the rules. either way, he should know better and they should take him to task. I admit his images are very well done for the most part, but most should have a mature cover anyway.

I do not disagree with you, Joyce. I was just saying that I have personally reported some of those and Pixoto ignored it. Examples being these two shots

Also same photos in color were submitted in Portraits category and nothing have been done about them there as well.
