My photos are NOT uploading

I keep trying to upload photos to pixoto on an IMAC but it keeps saying "Processing your beautiful image. Please Hold on"
but, the photos never upload.
i want to enter more contests, but can't add any new pictures.
PLEASE HELP

Hello Ronnie, can you please try clearing your browser cache or please try a different browser.

Please let me know if any of this makes any changes.

i changed from mozilla firefox to safari and they still aren't loading.
i'm not sure how to empty cache.
please advise.
this is getting frustrating when i want to enter your contests.

Ronnie, since I don't know what you are using, please enter in Google your browser name and how to empty cache.

Also please check how big your files are (please remove EXIF data and try again to upload them).

how big (or small) should file sizes be. I have stopped using pixoto because of this frustration, but would like to start up again. please help. i have spent a lot of time trying to figure this out but just cant. thank you

Ronnie, images should be at least 900px on longer side if you are uploading them from your computer (or other devices), and images should not exceed 20MB (preferably less).

Jasenka, we never want users to remove EXIF data. The best way to solve this problem is to have her send you a photo she is trying to upload so we can see what is causing the failure. Ronnie please send an image you are unable to upload to info@pixoto.com

This is fixed. Larger files can be uploaded.
