Model session

Not a question about the site more of just a general question for other photographers.

A local group of artists is setting up a model session and invited me to it. They are mostly painters and I think that I will be the only photographer there. I was wondering if I need to have a waiver from the model in order post photos from the session on here (and my blog) and how other photographers would handle it.

You would need a model release - without one it becomes editorial only. I think you can download them somewhere on the main site.

Hello Jeremy, in order to sell images as stock you will need model release, but if you do not plan to sell images (or you mark images for "Editorial use only") you can upload them here without model release.

I hope this helps.
