Hi, I reached out to customer service, but haven't gotten anywhere with this. I have been subscribed to the $20/mo service for 5 downloads. I hadn't downloaded all 5 at the end of the month, so on the 2nd month it should have started over, but there were still only 2 credits in there for the new month. I should have 3 more credits in my account before the end of the month and customer service hasn't helped yet. Please help!

p.s. I would stay subscribed if they rolled over, but since they don't I have to cancel for now.
