Missing exinfo opens the door to cheating

I'm new to Pixoto but not new to photography.
I love the fact that the exinfo is displayed - I wish it popped up on the duel as that tells me something about the technical difficulty of the shot - but that is not why I write.
There is one category where I feel it is critical that the exinfo remains, that being the Mobile Devices-Android category.
There are right now some four or five photos leading the category that I do not believe were made with mobile devices. All of them lack exinfo. The excuse of editing outside the device does not fly as I always do that and the exinfo remain intact.
With this info missing there is no way to tell if the photo was made with a high end DSLR or an i-Phone. That's not a fair fight.
Missing Exinfo should be an automatic disqualification from this category.

"Photoshop's "Save for Web" feature, for example, strips out the EXIF when saving the file."

Leonora, all my photos are 'saved for web' with Photoshop, and it does not stip the EXIF data, unless I change the settings to do so.
