Missing Canvases & Prints

I am missing canvases I ordered. Says they were shipped 11/30. I got 3 of them. I'm missing 6. Can't find a number to speak to someone.. help!!!

Just called. Got an answering machine. Why do you all not have a customer service department or some way of folks getting in touch with you in a more convenient manner. I pay my dues, my payment for the order was processed immediately and I have nothing to show for anything. Again, the orders were Christmas gifts and I can't even get a human being to talk to or call me! WOW!

Please let me know ASAP if they've been sent, if I'm getting a refund, or what???? NOT HAPPY!!!
