If one inadvertently does not log off the site, is the web page left 'hanging' or does Pixoto automatically log off after a certain length of time?

Hello Michael, I would say we do not automatically log off after certain length of time (I'm always logged in), but I will ask to be sure.

Thank you for your usual quick response.

I was showing the web site to a friend on his computer but the log off tab would not work so we have had to leave it open.

Hi Michael, we do log people off after a period of time of inactivity - but if you are logged into Facebook you will be automatically logged back in.
We also use cookies so email subscribers can log in automatically too.

I hope this helps.

Thanks Jaseneka.

As I am 'hanging' on another computer does the activity on my account on my computer affect the situation? If you see what I mean.

Michael, I'm not quite sure what do you mean by that, can you please explain differently?

You stated that after a period of inactivity I would be logged off automatically.
I am effectively still logged on, on my friend's computer with no activity, but I am also frequently logged on on my computer - does the activity on my account on my computer affect the non activity on my account on my friend's computer?
Abut long winded but I hope you get my drift.

Hello Michael, you shouldn't be logged in on your friends computer, and you shouldn't share your log in information with anyone.

I hope this helps.

As I explained earlier, whilst visiting a friend I wanted to show him the site and its various features and my images. When I tried to log off the log off tab would not respond (tried several times over the next hour but with no luck).
I wanted to know if after a certain time through lack of activity a default situation occurs and log off takes place?
This also raised the question of wether activity on my account on my computer affects the activity on the open account on my friend's computer?

Please let my know the answers to these two questions.
