Hi! At 7pm (my time) the Leaderboard was done for the day, meaning it rolled over to the next day. At the time of roll over, (and I did check that the photos went to "yesterday" rather than "today") I was in 1st place in cats. Abngaisal ami had second place and Jane Bjerkli had 3rd place.
The awards were just given out a few minutes ago and Jane was given #1, I went to the #2 spot and Abngaisal took #3.

My question is how is this possible? Yes, I see she has a higher number now but I had the higher number when the day finished yesterday. I was clearly in the #1 spot and Abngaisal was clearly in the #2 spot by several points. We are talking a 50 point spread here.

As you can imagine I was excited to be in the #1 spot as that NEVER happens to me so I was watching it closely. I am trying to understand how someone who was in 3rd place and behind by several points came out as #1? Can you please look into this as it doesn't seem legit and if it is legit can you please explain to me how. Thanks.

Hello Brook, daily awards are assigned at 3pm GMT following day from submission date, not at turn of the day. So even though your image was at #1 place when day turned at midnight GMT, it was on #3 place when awards were assigned at 3pm GMT.

You can check when awards are assigned here: http://www.pixoto.com/photography-com...

I hope this helps.
