Did anyone get an answer from Pixoto Manegement or Tech except the standard Jasenka answer whith same text over and over and over and over and over again:?
"I've already informed our tech and management about all issues
As soon as I get more information about these issues I'll let you know."
I keep noticing for some time now, actually for "ages", how users are trying desperate to get important answers from Pixoto.
Only Jasenka answers whith the commonly known text which is no help.
All our joint efforts fall on deaf ears. Despite our greatest efforts and
argumentations Pixoto prefers to turn a blind eye, ignores customers and even Jasenka, so as if all problems where non-existent!
Pixoto you know this is not a proper behaviour, if you dont respect your customers the minimum you should do is to respect your staff, you are very unkind.
Its time for users to realise that pixoto obviously has allready given up long time ago and sooner or later they will close down the site.
No matter how often we report issues, no matter how often Jasenka will inform the (fictively ?) tech and management, fact is, the problems are getting day to day bigger, and evidently pixoto remains resolutely silent and doesn`t have any intend to solve or master their problems. Its hopeless .................
