So many reports about issues from so many users since weeks now and what was achieved?
Did anyone get an answer from Pixoto Manegement or Tech except the standard Jasenka answer whith same text over and over and over and over and over again:?

"I've already informed our tech and management about all issues
As soon as I get more information about these issues I'll let you know."

I keep noticing for some time now, actually for "ages", how users are trying desperate to get important answers from Pixoto.
Only Jasenka answers whith the commonly known text which is no help.

All our joint efforts fall on deaf ears. Despite our greatest efforts and
argumentations Pixoto prefers to turn a blind eye, ignores customers and even Jasenka, so as if all problems where non-existent!

Pixoto you know this is not a proper behaviour, if you dont respect your customers the minimum you should do is to respect your staff, you are very unkind.

Its time for users to realise that pixoto obviously has allready given up long time ago and sooner or later they will close down the site.

No matter how often we report issues, no matter how often Jasenka will inform the (fictively ?) tech and management, fact is, the problems are getting day to day bigger, and evidently pixoto remains resolutely silent and doesn`t have any intend to solve or master their problems. Its hopeless .................

Hi Renos, I'm sorry you feel this way, and since I'm a user too, I understand you completely. I'm trying my best to get the issues fixed and to get more information to let you all know. As soon as I do I'll let you know. In the meantime, I forwarded your topic to the management.

Thank you Renos for your honest comment. I agree with you. This is a wonderful site for us to display our photography and am so sad and disappointed this is happening.

Hi Jasenka, thank you for your kind, very optimistic and encouraging words which i should like to welcome!

You know that none of the many problems, has been fixed, on the contrary, issues increase from day to day.
The more issues gather up, the more and more difficult it is to correct all those defects and pixotos "fictively" tech seems to be overchallenged ..................

I honestly wish that all your efforts, trouble, work and hopes prove to be true and you and we will not experience a disappointment.

I`m sure you are giving your best Jasenka, there is no question or doubt about that and we all are deeply grateful, but it takes two to tango!
Your tango fellow partner (pixoto) is for some inexplicable reasons remaining silent for a long time now and switched to mute mode, something that no one understands, or are you able to understand this airy carelessness Jasenka?

Nevertheless, i always liked and enjoyed participation on this site and i would regret it if pixoto gives up!

Pixoto this is an urgent request, give support to Jasenka, you completely abandoned her, dont let us any longer groping in the dark, please clear things up and explain the facts, the sooner the better! Thank you !!

Hi Jasenka, thank you for sharing this apparently good news about fixing those issues.

You know we all have proven how patience we are, i`d really like to see soon
those promised fixed issues and progresses.

To be honest Jasenka, i couldn`t help thinking, that this is only pixotos delaying tactics!

I want to be optimistic and hope i`m wrong!!
