Can not publish uploaded a 38Mpx HDR. It loads OK. When submitting it completes the process in a second and tells zero pictures are uploaded. Still it remains in the submit section. I think it might be the size - 25MB. Could the Pixoto Team help me on this.

Yes, it has to be less than 20mb.
Usually photoshop will let you save it in a lower resolution to get it just under the requirement.

OK, then I don't get it at all - in submit page there is clearly stated

"jpegs only, min 900px, max 50MP or 32MB."

How come you now say that's OK and the Pixoto web service doesn't reject after upload.

Something doesn't seem right.

OK...maybe I'm wrong about the Megapixels- sorry... I never save files for submission here as that big. I only save them that large as RAW files if my personal customers want to buy a canvas....

Well, RAW is beyond my reach as Pixoto customer. 25MB for 38,3Mpx HDR is normal. Could Pixoto tech team clarify how could I submit (as stated on submit page) because all the functionality works just submitting repors ZERO submitted pictures - that's clearly a problem.

Problem publishing a 38 Mpx HDR.

Hello,

I'm having a problem publishing a 38 Mpx HDR picture which uploaded nicely and I could fill-in all the fields except I can't see the picture - the processing picture is showed instead - and when submitting it cancels the process in a second. I assume it might be the size problem - 25MB JPG. I haven't tried to re-upload it.

Could Pixoto Team look at it and give instructions how to proceed?

Well, submit page states clearly "jpegs only, min 900px, max 50MP or 32MB"

Can I upload less than 50MP or not? Sandra just was telling to drop under 20MB and now under 33MP is actually way over 20MB.

I'm bit confused.

That statement on submit page is for PRO users only?

Dimitri is the image stuck in the Submission process? I opened all of the images in your account and they seem fine.

It's Dmitri, no I between D and M. Just a remark ;)

Yes, uploads correctly and does not submit on submission. Just finishes the process prematurely and states ZERO pictures submitted.
