Images loading sideways?

Hi guys!

Quick question, my images are loading "Sideways" when I look at them enlarged yet on my PC & on "my images" they are loaded correctly.. what gives?

Some of these images are definitely sideways. I know we have seen this before. I will check for the solution.

Steph - this usually happens when our image processing system can not read the rotation data that is attached to your images. The best thing to do in this situation is to save the image as rotated as opposed to with attached rotation data. This is usually done through the export function in your image editing software.

We have not been able to isolate under what conditions this happens - but it is very very rare. Sorry about this.

It was straight out for the camera, so it's odd that some do it and some do not.
