My name is Simon Page and I log into Pixoto with Facebook.
Recently however an error has occurred with images submitted to Pixoto. These images appear to have duplicated themselves on Facebook and appear several times. What do I need to do?

Hello Simon, please try this:
1. Sign out from Pixoto;
2. On Facebook apps page find Pixoto and remove it from apps;
3. Sign back into Pixoto (using Facebook) and your Facebook should be automatically connected.
Please let us know if this didn't help.

NO, DID NOT WORK.

Still waiting to hear from someone. Now very upset, I've tried your suggestions several times and images are still being duplicated.
I don't want to leave Pixoto but if this issue is not resolved soon I will close my account.
I have attached a recent image, lets see what happens to that!!

Hello Simon, I'm really sorry for the delay. I didn't get a reply yet. As soon as I do I'll let you know.
In the meantime, you can switch off Facebook posting on your settings page: www.pixoto.com/settings and then manually post a link to your Facebook page for each image - please let me know if you do that does it then post just once or 2 times as before.

Hi Jasenka - I have followed your suggestions several times now and the problem still exists. The whole situation has made me very angry. PLEASE find someone to sort it, surely Pixoto has an IT team!
