I always love the quality of pixoto's prints, but they need to talk to their shipping service

Pixoto's prints are great quality, but when they ship through Expedited UPS the shipping company doesn't update tracking. I ordered a picture last week for an event next week and I got a notice that it was shipped Monday, but the shipping company hasn't updated the tracking and I don't know if I'll have my print ready for the event in time. I have to have it framed and in the mailed to the planners of the event by the 14th of March.

I am still waiting for a canvas print that I ordered AND PAID on 30 of November 2015... yes! that's over 4 years ago... enough said.

Hello Renato, we are sorry about this. I know that we were not able to refund you due to error, so decision has been made to send you new canvas (third time). I wasn't aware that it didn't arrive, I apologize about it.
I have asked again about this and I'll let you know as soon as I get a reply.

Hello Valerie, I'm sorry you are having problems with your order. Please send an e-mail to art-shop@pixoto.com with details of your order (Order ID number) and please ask for the status of your order.

Please let me know if this doesn't help.
