How to tell how well a photo is doing in a challenge?

More curiosity than anything.
When I open a challenge that is currently voting, is there any way to tell how a particular photo is doing? Because you can submit images from multiple categories, and multiple time frames for the same challenge (for example the recent challenge B&W portraits of women, could draw from the 'People' category or the 'B&W' category). If I understand correctly, image score itself doesn't determine challenge winners, it matters how they do in duels against eachother in the challenge period, right? I might submit an older image with any image score, but when it starts duelling in the challenge, only those new duels within the challenge affect the outcome? Do I understand correctly?

So, how do I tell how a particular photo is faring within the challenge, if I can't just go by image score alone, and they aren't on a leaderboard like regular categories? When I open the challenge, does it display photos in ranked order, or is it random?

Hi Sandra, when voting starts on challenge I think the photos are arranged in order (one with most "challenge score" is highest then one with lower "challenge score"). I will check to be sure, and let you know.

About determining challenge score, you are correct, it is separate then Image score in categories.

Sandra, I have checked, and photos in voting stage are indeed in order.
