How to delete my account?

I just created an account at pixoto. I downloaded few pictures, but they didn't show up, when I submitted them. Then I've tried numerous times first to delete them and resubmit, to no avail. I am frustrated with the way the site works, and need help with deleting my account. Thank you.

We hate for members to have a bad experience on Pixoto and while we're a small team... we take these issues very seriously.

After being with Pixoto a few weeks, and noticing the lack of quality and composition in several of the leading photo, or the cartoon-ish use of HDR that seem to be the standard for this site. I also would like to delete my account.

This website is not as professional as i thought it would be. All the people that choose the "better picture" have no idea what they're doing. They just pick what is most aesthetically pleasing to a naive photographers mind. They don't know anything about composition, lighting, or correct coloring. they just pick everything thats over photoshopped and ugly. The leading photos are not a good representation of any of the photos on here. I want to delete my account but i don't know how.

I also thought it would be more of a professional type site. I agree completely with Sofia of how Photoshop has taken over with the clueless sheeple.

I started the 3-day PRO trial. But after using it for a few hours, it just felt odd. When I tried to cancel my PRO subscription, it just linked to a cancellation email, which I have no idea when they will read and address. I have a suspicion they wont address it until the 3-day trial completes, at which time they will bill me with the 1 year subscription. I think you guys are seriously doing it wrong. Bad marketing. Bad site. Very frustrating. Please delete my account ASAP. I even got charged with 1 dollar for some reason which I had no clue at all. What the hell!
