How do members feel about losing points that have already been won? Is it really fair to take away points from a photo once it has achieved a high rating? If a photo wins the most duels, shouldn't it score the most points? The process of demoting photos that have achieved a high score does not make sense. If another photo wins a duel against them, then the other photo will have scored more points -- but it does not make sense to also subtract points from the photo that loses the duel.

In my opinion it makes perfect sense to deduct points for lost duels. The system continues to duel your images for months, and if they never lost points, those that had been up for the longest would have a distinct advantage. It would also add a competitive advantage to the PRO subscribers who are guaranteed 100 duels.
