How to claim Pro membership prize.

2 months ago I won the "Crowded Tranquility" challenge, but have not received the Pro Membership prize as yet.

Your help with this will be appreciated!

Hello Mark, can you please help me and post a link to challenge in question?
I've checked Pixoto sponsored contests for this year and I can't find contest sponsored by Pixoto with that name.

Morning,

Here's the link to the award...if that helps. I apologise,the challenge was called "At the Camp Site", my photo was called "Crowded tranquility"!

Hi Mark, you should have received an e-mail notification to your e-mail address connected to your Pixoto account with information on how to claim your Pro account. Please check spam/junk mail too.

If you haven't received it, please do let me know and I'll ask that e-mail is re-sent.

Jasenka, I won a Pixoto sponsored contest the other day. I got my regular notification about winning an award, but nothing about how to claim the prize. I checked my spam folder, too. Can you please let me know what to do? My annual membership is up for renewal in a few days. I'd prefer to use my prize for the next year rather than renewing with cash. Thanks!
