How could you sell a picture of a person when there was no release provided? I want you to stop selling any of my photos.

How could you sell a picture of a person when there was no release provided? On top of that I'm still trying to remove the ability for you to sell any of my photos.

Hello SumPics, images of a person that has no model release can be sold normally as without the release provided if the image was marked for Editorial use only.

Please note that you gave us permission to sell your images on the Market, we can't sell images if the user doesn't put his/her images on the Market.

To remove your images from the Market, please on imagedetail page click on the "Remove from Market" button.

So why are some of my pics still available as canvas after I clicked remove from market? Are you sure that I gave permission, there's already this canvas hole.  Do you have a way to see if any of my photos are still in the 'Market'?

SumPics, when you click "Remove from market" if you don't want your images to be available for canvas sale you need also (alongside of unclickig stock) unclick canvas and save changes.

We removed all your images from market (both stock and canvas sale).

If you want to check for yourself, you can hover mouse over thumbnails and check "Market availability". Both are set to "No", meaning your images are not available any more either for stock sale or for canvas sale.
