I give praise to Pixoto for hiring Jasenka. She is really special in the way she handles bad or worse situations and really knows her stuff.
She is one that I cannot argue with because I know she puts hart and soul in what she does.

I totally agree with John.

Jasenka can't always solve a problem herself, but she forwards it to the right people who can help when she can't. Best of all, she can resolve many issues and does so expertly.
