Flexible facebook posting based on own preferences

It seems that every picture I post on Pixoto wins some kind award. Good news I think, but even submitting a top 20% of the week photo is awarded with a badge, and.....a post on Facebook. Don't get me wrong; I like getting attention for my pictures and it is great to be one of the people creating winning pictures. However, I only would prefer to only post the 'real achievements' on my facebook page.

What is a real achievement? I think that is something personal. A beginner in photography might be very happy with a once every month badge about being in the top 20% of the week. For me? a position somewhere between 1 and 10 is a great achievement that I would like to be posted on Facebook. For now I have disabled posts on Facebook all together because I don't want to spam my account, but I am looking forward to the day where I can decide what Pixoto will post on my wall.

I 2nd the motion.

To add, please fix the link you post on facebook when you click it to show the most recent awards. I believe one change you could implement if possible is to show the awards page showing the most recent awards instead of from highest to lowest.

All you have to do is change your settings at Pixoto... go to upper right hand corner and click on your image, in drop down box click Account... then scroll down your account info... you will see a couple of checkboxes of what to allow on facebook... check or uncheck the two boxes..... that should resolve the issue. I agree somewhat...I dont care much about getting the daily awards.. but do like the weekly/monthly awards. But part of your issue is a quick fix.. just uncheck the boxes in your account on Pixoto....!

By unchecking you don't get any notifications on Facebook at all. That is what I have set right now. However, I would very much like to have control over what exactly is posted. E.g. top-10 positions (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) I would like to show up on my facebook page, but not the daily 20% badge.

Edwin.. I just discovered that if you go directly to the photo that won the award and click on the award... at the bottom it will say SHARE if you click on that.. then you can share it and it will show up on your facebook page.. I just tried it out and it worked great.. showed up in the feed and on the main page.... perfect! Now you can go to pixoto and uncheck the boxes and just control the content yourself.... so glad you brought this up for it was already implemented and works well...
