Hello Tom, There should not be a limit to the file size.

What web browser and version are you using?
Can you email me a copy of the image?

i tend to experience this issue when i get above 20Mb only. aside from that i had signed up for Pro recently, which says you can upload the original file. can you clarify if there is a size limit when you are a pro. after signing up for pro, i tried to upload some images over 20Mb with no luck still
